Our aim from day one was for our B&B to be a comfortable and cosy home from home, providing you with the best possible accommodation for your short break or holiday in Eryri | Snowdonia and North Wales.
We have five non-smoking guest bedrooms which are uniquely and individually decorated, and all have private facilities and showers (which are either en-suite or just outside the door).

Decorated in a contemporary, boutique style with bespoke lighting, local art and photographs of Eryri | Snowdonia, they provide the ideal place to stay and relax in after your day exploring North Wales.
Cast iron beds feature comfy mattresses, crisp white linens and beautiful Trefriw Woollen Mill traditional Welsh blankets which are still woven right here in the heart of our village.
Our rooms have all the little luxuries and homey touches you need for the perfect stay, such as blackout curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep or USB points to charge your phone.

Bedroom 1
Twin or Double with private bathroom
On the middle floor, this twin or double bedroom has views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
The two single beds can be put together on request to form a large king-size bed - just choose 'double option' when you book!
There is a wash basin in the room, and a private external shower room with wash basin and toilet, for the sole use of this bedroom, is just outside the door - bathrobes are provided!

On our middle floor, this bright double bedroom has dual aspect windows with views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 3
Double with en-suite bathroom
On our middle floor, our largest double bedroom has a sofa and views of the garden and the surrounding hills across the Conwy Valley in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 4
Double with en-suite facilities and private shower room
Tucked away on our top floor in the eaves of our house, this bright and cosy double bedroom has dual aspect windows and views of the garden and surrounding hills, the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.
A private external shower room, for the sole use of Room 4 when it is booked by itself, is just outside the door - bathrobes are provided!
Room 4 can also be booked with room 5 next door (see below), and together they can accommodate up to four people.

Bedroom 5
Double with en-suite facilities and private shower room
Also on our top floor, this bright double bedroom - with dual aspect windows and views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance - can only be booked with room 4. The two rooms are right next door to each other and are perfect for families and friends!
Room 5 also has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.
It shares the same private external shower room when both rooms are booked together - bathrobes are provided!

2025 rate - rooms 4 and 5 if booked together :

When you search for availability if room 4 is available then room 5 is always too!
To reserve both rooms together just search for one room for two, three or four people on our booking system - you DON’T need to add an additional room

Policies
In general we don't usually accommodate infants / children under the age of 14.
However, we know all children are different, so if you want to have a chat before booking please do get in touch.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets - assistance dogs are of course welcome.
Reservations are normally for a minimum of 2 nights when you book direct with us.
